
SANITISATION PROCEDURES
In our apartment,
we follow the guidelines of the Italian Health Institute for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection:

Between one guest stay and the other we let a time frame of a few hours pass and we air the premises well
We sanitise all surfaces with a product with a high percentage of alcohol or with quaternary ammonium salts (surgical mask is worn during cleaning)
We carefully clean the most frequently touched surfaces, such as handles and switches
The bathroom is cleaned with sodium hypochlorite-based products
We clean the surfaces of the interior of the refrigerator using a specific product with alkyl dimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride (ADBAC)
Machine wash, with sanitizing additives, for sheets, bedspreads, towels and the other textiles
We pass jets of dry saturated steam at high temperature (180 °C [350 °F]) on the immovable textiles (for example sofa) and on all bathroom surfaces
We do an intensive cycle of dishwashers for all dishes
We leave at guests' disposal disinfectant gel with a high percentage of alcohol.
