DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The house is just 10 minutes walk from the main square of the city (Walther square) and is right next to the cableway leading in 12 minutes to the enchanting Ritten plateau (famous for its earth pyramids). With the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass, included in the stay at our apartment, the cable car is free.
⛰️ The apartment is near the E5 European long distance path and the Oswald promenade and just behind the Magdalener vineyard.
🏞️ In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the Karersee (Carezza lake).

❄️ Snow lovers can reach various ski areas, open during the winter season.
- In about 30 minutes by car you arrive at the ski resorts of the Ega/Eggental valley (Oberggen and Carezza).
- In about 45 minutes by car you reach those of the Seiser Alm.
- By public transport (Ritten cableway + Ritten railway + bus, free with the Guest Pass) you can also reach the slopes of Corno del Renon (area that is part of the Ortler Ski Arena).
SHOPS AND TRANSPORTATION
📌 Opposite the building, there is a EuroSpin supermarket and a Mein Bistro bar restaurant.
Just in front of the building, there is also the Ribo indoor garage for a fee (max. 20 €/day) and the Ritten's cable car (free with the Guest Pass).
📌 In the same building of the apartment there is a large store of organic products (Naturalia) and a well-stocked wine bottle dealer (Vinum).
🍽️ The Rittnerhof pizzeria & grill is about 75 metres away (some 250 feet).
🚲 At 120 metres (about 400 feet) there is the Erwin Stricker bicycle rental service (closed from November to March).
🚂 The train station is about a ten-minute walk.
🚌 The nearest bus stop is about 150 metres (around 500 feet) away; the main bus station is about a five-minute walk.
