Two entire apartments (tourist rental) of about 70 square metres each (ca. 750 square ft), centrally located, just ten-minute walk from Walther square (crossroads of Bolzano), next to the Ritten plateau cable car and convenient both to visit the city and for excursions in the surrounding area.
During the Christmas season, two different markets can be reached in a few minutes: the nearby Walther square is the main area of the Bolzano Christmas Market, while you can take the cable car to get to the Ritten Christmas Train Market quickly. The Train Market is usually only open on the weekends of the Xmas period.
In our apartments, we pay particular attention to the cleaning and hygiene of textiles, surfaces, crockery.
If you are our guests, you can use public transport in South Tyrol for free.
Included in the price of the stay, indeed, each guest over age 6 receives a Bolzano Bozen Guestcard.
This card provides the free use of public transport of the South Tyrolean Transportation Network (buses, regional trains and cableways of the city of Bolzano).
THE APARTMENTS

- maximum occupancy (Classic apt.): 3 adults and 1 child 🧑🧑🧑👶.
Meals and breakfast are not provided.
It is required the identity document and signature on the consent to data processing (GDPR, EU Regulation).
They are quiet houses, in a commonhold building, served by a lift 🛗 (internal width of the door 60 cm [23.6 in]): the apartment "Modern" is at the second floor (3ᴿᴰ floor according the USA floor numbering scheme), while the "Classic" one is at the third floor (4ᵀᴴ floor according the USA scheme).
Both apartments have a European king size bed and a double sofa bed (mattress width of the sofa bed: 140 cm [55 in]).
Ideal for couples and families; they can also be booked together, for two families who want to vacation in the same period.
Convenient also for those arriving by train.
The kitchen of both apartments is equipped with:
an oven,
a fridge,
an induction stove and a microwave oven,
a dishwasher,
a kettle and a coffee machine
(Nespresso for the apartment "Modern",
Dolce Gusto for the "Classic").
Both have an ample balcony that overlooks the commonhold fenced garden
and are equipped with a full HD television with Italian and German channels.
The bathrooms have a large multifunction shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer.
For both apartments at guests' disposal:
pots and pans,
bed linen,
towels, soap and toilet paper,
air conditioning (during the cold period of the year, air conditioning may be unavailable),
free Wi-Fi,
6 Kg washing machine (13 lb capacity).
A travel cot (60×120 cm [about 2×4 ft]), complete with sheets, and a baby table booster seat are available on request.
Being a residential area, excessive noise should be avoided during the following hours:
[12.30 pm - 3 pm] and [9 pm - 7 am].
🔑 My husband or I are present at check-in, we provide a map of the city and we are available to try to solve any problem: we live in an apartment in the same building.
